Funky Latin Soul and Swing. An explosive, spirited mix of Latin, Balkan, swing, Ska and reggae – that is what characterizes the music of the seven-piece band Rumba de Bodas from Bologna. After a few years as street musicians, they were already able to make their first appearances at well-known international festivals. The combo is now one of the hottest bands in the Italian world pop scene. While their music was initially influenced primarily by swing, ska, and reggae, over the years, their sound has shifted significantly towards funk, new soul, and electronic.
